Let’s face it ladies.. It is starting to cold outside for a mileage challenge!! For at least us Northern States! I have had some body aches and muscle pains since I have been pushing myself to meet challenges, and I have heard some of you guys have also. Lori was great and sent me an approved back core workout!
Walking, running, biking is important….. HOWEVER, I believe that your body has to be in good shape to be able to do your goals. I am NOT talking about skinny, run every day shape. I am talking about your bodies core muscles. Core strengthening is an important thing. I know when my husband was in the academy 9 years ago, they pressed core strengthening every day. You cannot be in shape without getting your core in shape. So our November Challenge will be committing to do some core exercises 4 times per week!
