an activity that involves fitness at whatever pace that means for you (walking, running, etc) and is about TEAMWORK
We will be doing something fun that includes service to others
You will have a chance to dress up a bit for a banquet / awards / keynote speaker and then maybe a little dancing
And if dressing up is not your thing, we are having some more casual social outings as well

Tony and Alisa are the energetic parents of two children. Their kids truly bless their lives, but they also add a layer of contention to their marriage. It can be hard to be intimate when kids are underfoot.

Jeff Dill, Founder of Firefighter Behavioral Health Alliance – NPO (FBHA)
FBHA was established in 2011 to educate firefighters and fire officers on suicide awareness and prevention. He travels the country discussing the data collected on the number of firefighters and EMS personnel who tragically have taken their lives. Through FBHA workshops, attendees are educated through role-play, discussion, and communication skills on how to recognize signs and symptoms of those in distress.
Jeff holds a Masters Degree in Counseling, is a Licensed Professional Counselor, and is currently a Captain at Palatine Rural Fire Protection District in Inverness, Illinois. He is a member of the American Counseling Association, Illinois Counseling Association, Illinois Mental Health Counselors Association, National Board of Certified Counselors, Illinois Fire Chiefs Association, International Association of Fire Chiefs, and Illinois Professional Firefighter’s Association and a member of the International Association of Fire Fighters.
He is dedicated to educating firefighters and emergency personnel on the importance of behavioral health and suicide awareness
Dan and Lori Mercer, Chief Fire Wife and Founders of FirefighterWife.com
Lori and Dan will once again share their stories of marital struggle and success along with a panel of fire couples. You are guaranteed to be inspired and motivated while relating to the all too common issues in fire marriages and how these couples have overcome them.
Dan and Lori have been married for 11 years and have 4 children (3 together and 1 from a previous marriage). They will share their insights on
