Don’t do it alone.

There will be times in life when we can’t do it alone. Sometimes challenges require professional support that even your local department is unable to provide through their programs. This may be one of those times that you cannot do it alone. Now is not the time to shy away from asking for help. Those awful calls involving loss of a child or inability to help someone in need. The stress of dealing with sleep interruption and the day to day battles with depression and anxiety that so many of us face in a season of our life but are exasperated by the stresses of a first responders job. These are just a couple examples of so many situations many may face in the fire life, and those topics span into our every day lives.
