My Grandma passed on Monday night and of course hubby was working that day. Thankfully it was later in the evening so he could call and talk to me a little. I'm doing much better. We had dinner withe some friends on Tuesday and life has righted itself. I am so different from my family it's amazing. My brother and I are night and day we were raised so differently. And we are only 2 years apart. Thankfully I'm the one that came out "normal" LOLOL Thanks for posting Nancy :) There was definitely nothing I could do about it. Sometimes there is nothing to be done for it but just get through it. Do what you have to do, and that's it. Yeah, I get what you you mean about not understanding your Mother. It's weird when we get older and see our parents and their massive flaws. Sometimes I look at my Dad and wonder "How did I manage to grow up and become a reasonably normal person being raised by this parent?" But they were screwed up by their own parents, too.
