My blog friend (Hydrant Girl) answered some questions on her blog and I thought I’d hit the first question here on my blog. You can check out the answers to more questions on her post “Answers to Whatcha Wanna Know Part 1.
Her first question and I understand it being asked, because she is wanting to work in the field, but question number 1 was envy for being in the field. I definitely don’t have this problem. I want nothing to do with his field. I am envious that he can deal with it and not feel the need to toss his cookies and also have the patience to deal with the crazies, but no way could I or would I want to become a FF/EMT.
Now I wouldn’t mind just being the engineer and driving the truck around, but I don’t want to see any blood and body parts sticking out where they aren’t supposed to.

Me too! I could not do what he does and have no desire to even try! I’m one of those people that Laughs Out Loud when something terrible happens. It’s my spontaneous nervous reaction. I could just see myself coming up on a terrible scene, holding back giggles and trying to explain, ‘I Don’t Mean It!’
Oh man, we’d be a great team on a call. Me puking on them and you laughing at them. Yeah, don’t think it’s in our blood. lol
I completely agree with you! I KNOW I could not do what they do! Thanks for always have such an honest and wonderful take on things!
Eva, thanks for sticking around for my honesty
