MEXICAN LASAGNA:

1# Ground Beef/or turkey
1 can Mild enchilada sauce
1 can refried beans
1 small can chopped and peeled green chilis
1 package taco seasoning
2 cups shredded cheddar or mexican cheese
1 small onion
1 package medium 8 count tortillas
Brown ground meat and onion, drain. Add taco seasoning, beans, enchillada sauce, green chilis and let simmer for 10 minutes.
Spray 10 x9 pan. Cut tortillas in half and lay with flat side against the edge of pan to cover bottom. Spoon half of the meat mixture on tortillas and sprinkle with cheese, repeat until mixture is gone.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until top is brown and bubbly.
Serve with sour cream and jalepenos!
