CROCKPOT CHICKEN TACOS
Ingredients:
3 or 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 16oz jar salsa (run through blender)
1 pkg taco seasoning
1 tsp cumin
1 cup water
tortillas
shredded cheese
Instructions:
Place chicken breasts in bottom of crockpot. Top with seasonings, salsa & water.
Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours. Remove from crockpot & shred chicken.
Serve on tortillas. Top with cheese, sour cream, shredded lettuce and salsa.
