Corn Bread

1 1/2 c. cornmeal
2 1/2 c. milk
2 c all purpose flour
1 tbs. baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cayenne
1/3 c sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c vegetable oil
1 c frozen corn
Pre-heat oven to 400. In a small bowl, combine cornmeal and milk, let sit for 5 min. Grease 9×13″ baking pan. In a large bowl mix flour, baking powder, cayenne, salt, sugar, and corn. Add cornmeal mixture, eggs and oil. Bake 30-35 minutes or until done.
