Crockpot Vegetable Soup:

1 can corn
1 can peas
1 can green beans
8 oz tomato paste
1-2 cups potatoes, cubed
1-2 cups carrots, diced
1-2 cups onions, diced
1-2 stalks celery, diced
1 T salt
1 1/2 T garlic powder
2 cups hot water

Put all veggies into crock. In small bowl, whisk tomato paste, water, & spices and pour over veggies. Cover rest of the way with water. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
Variations: Add browned ground beef or beef stew meat.  Substitute the can vegetable for 1 1/2 fresh vegetables.
