Taco Soup

2 lbs of ground chuck
2 large cans stewed tomatoes
2 cans pinto beans
2 cans Shoe peg corn
1 can Rotel
1 pkg Taco seasoning
1 pkg ranch seasoning
1 onion diced
1 clove of garlic
6 celery sticks chopped
shredded cheddar
Sour cream

Brown meat, onions, and garlic. Combine all canned ingredients in a pot on medium heat. Add browned meat mixture and celery. Allow to simmer for 30 minutes. Top with shredded cheddar and sour cream. You can eat it with tortilla chips, fritos, or doritos.
