Are you all old enough to remember that “You’ve Got Mail” beep in Windows that an entire movie was created about? Ah yes. The 1990’s when online relationships first started being a reality. Now we’ve got enough technology in our hands to practically fly the space shuttle to the moon! But it’s not rocket science. It’s simple and can be a great way to very intimately and personally stay connected with your loved ones.
My cell phone number is sacred and reserved only for the most important people in my life. This is because I don’t just text with anyone. The rest of the world can reach me by email or Facebook or Twitter. But only my closest friends and family can text me. So when I hear that “Bzzz, Bzzz” or “ding ding” of the text announcement, I get excited to talk to one of my loved ones no matter where I am or what I’m doing at the moment (except driving! don’t text and drive please!).
And let me tell you there are some really close, personal, intimate moments that can be shared with this medium when you are away from your spouse. It’s a whole lot different and better than the days when there was only a phone at the fire house that needed to be shared by everyone and we were lucky to get one phone call a day. Now we can reach out to each other at any moment’s notice.
And that’s what our newest Fire Wife Academy book is about….. 100 Love Texts to Keep the Fires Burning in your marriage. Here is an excerpt from the book:
100 text message ideas specifically designed to keep you connected with your spouse. A 22 page eBook that can be read on any device that reads PDF files (iPhones, Androids, Kindles, Nooks, iPads, PCs, etc)
