16 Thanksgiving for my Marriage


A few days ago we talked about date nights.  We really are hearing far too often that couples aren’t taking out time for themselves.  YOU’VE GOT TO MAKE TIME FOR YOUR MARRIAGES.  Even a few short moments can make a huge impact.  Even if you are broke. Even if you have kids and no sitter.  Even if you have a baby or toddler sleeping in your room.


Dating, even after marriage, is super important. Especially in lines of work like the Fire Service where spouses spend on average a third of their time or more apart from each other.  This time alone allows you to reconnect and grow closer.  Have a few moments of uninterrupted adult conversation.  This doesn’t have to mean a lot of time or money.  If you need ideas you can check out these two posts…
